Hi James I think technically the 'green jersey' in the Tour de France is worn by the leader in the 'points' classification. While this is often a sprinter, the last four such titles have gone to Peter Sagan, who would not be considered an out and out sprinter like say Andre Greipel, who finished 2nd this year.
